NBB's business brokerage system origins from a Scandinavian concept that started in the early 70's. In 2001 a joint venture between EBB Eurobusiness Brokers of Sweden and the Portuguese Onebiz Group was the beginning of its European expansion.

Today NBB has a small international network business brokers across continents, rendering personalised consultancy services to buyers and sellers in the SME Market, in reply to the increasing needs for functional and professional intermediary services in the Company Exchange market.
