Alexander holds a degree in business administration from the University of Vienna and an Executive MBA from the IMADEC Business School. After a few years as a public accountant at KPMG, he was engaged in various financial management positions in different industrial sectors including financial services like Banking and Leasing. In 2005, he was appointed CFO of Austria’s largest independent car-dealership with various activities in Austria and CEE. Before he decided to join the NBB-network, Alexander was assigned to manage the restructuring of a crashed, and later socialized bank and accomplished to refund all public subsidies on time. During his professional career, Alexander gained practical experience in all different aspects of corporate finance and M&A business.
