Roland Schwarz has filed from 1975 to 1980 his training in the technical and operational issues. Beginning in 1980, his long-standing membership and a subsequent international activity as a project manager for a large German company took place in the automotive industry. Here he was able to gain more valuable experiences. In 1994 he took over as branch manager in business administration - an insolvent company, he led them through targeted marketing efforts, consolidation of acquired companies, local marketing and pricing of active, motivational and goal-oriented personnel in a very positive business figures. For 2009, he presented as the new NBB-partner switches to achieve further successes here for themselves and to NBB.
