Vladimir Demura studied Management at the Sumy State University before he joined the Postgraduate Academy of Foreign Trade of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in Kiev. He was CEO of the concern "Ruteks" in Kiev. After leaving this post, he became the Deputy Director of "State Foreign Info" in Prague, Czech Republic. He headed the Holding Company of "SVPG" (Sumy), and "Svessa Pumping Plant JSC". Later he was appointed Assistant Deputy of "Verhovna Rada of Ukraine".
Today, Vladimir directs Sumy Destillery "Gorboyna" Ltd. and is the Secretary of the Supervisory Board of "Sumy Porcelain Plant JSC".
