Business Summary	This Company was founded in Switzerland with the goal to unit in integrated holding enterprises, which specialize in extraction, processing and realization of natural stone. At present Company units 6 enterprises which are situated on the territory of Latvia, to which own 10 quarries with the total square 254 hectares and more than 35 million ton of dolomite reserves (approximate market value of reserves is 105 million EURO). Three quarries are 100% property of the Company, two of which at present are successfully launched into work and function at full capacity (licenses terms of validity are till 2022 and till 2019). Total dolomite reserves in three quarries which were bought make up 10 817 004 t with the value of 7 894 551 EUR. The rest 7 quarries are prepared for industrial extraction and have necessary documentation for receipt of license for extraction, processing and realization of natural stone. Thanks to quarries deposit and arranged production process, Company enters to the fourth leading suppliers of dolomite on the market of Latvia. The main goal of company is the increasing of capitalization through production capacity growh, buying of existing quarries in Holding and expansion of market share with further IPO.
